Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident of electrical shock, fault current, etc., in the whole cable way supplied from a photovoltaic power generation panel caused by continuous supply of power, during the time the photovoltaic power generation panel generates power by receiving solar rays, in the case that insulation cannot be obtained by cutting into pieces the generation output cable way from the photovoltaic power generation panel due to an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: This earthquake protecting device for the photovoltaic power generation panel is constituted by an earthquake detecting means, a circuit interrupting means, and an electric power unit supplying a power source to the above earthquake detecting means and circuit interrupting means, the above electric power unit is formed so as to use the photovoltaic power generation panel and a power accumulating unit.
