Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ground detector which can detect surely a ground in a photovoltaic power generation panel of a photovoltaic power generation system composed of the photovoltaic power generation panel and a power conditioner which converts a DC power into an AC power and is connected to an AC power route whose one line is earthed. SOLUTION: A ground detector of a photovoltaic power generation panel of a photovoltaic power generation system composed of the photovoltaic power generation panel and a power conditioner, which converts a DC power into an AC power and is connected to an AC power route whose one line is earthed, comprises a ground detection unit, a power conditioner operation detection unit and a control unit. When the operation detection unit detects the operation of the power conditioner, the control unit restricts the ground detection output of the ground detection unit.
