Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening panel capable of forming a shape holding member determining the shape of the into a shape along the shape of a structural body or capable of varying the member in a desired shape by using a material having bendability so as to align the panel with a curved substrate surface in a slope construction and follow up the substrates using a variety of curves for pursuing the design property used for an event. SOLUTION: A variable greening panel is formed so that a bent part 11 is provided at the portion of a reshaped container type variable greening panel corresponding to the bent position of a plate 1a surrounding the outer periphery of a shape holding member 1 so that the panel can be bent by extension/ contraction of the bent part and the plate can be deformed easily.
