Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw inspection device capable of affording accurate measurement results and greatly improving the reliability of measurement and inspection. SOLUTION: A nut is connected to a measurement carriage via aligning means 60. The aligning means 60 has a first member 71 to which the nut is joined, a second member 81 provided to be rotationally movable with respect to the first member with a first axis (X-X') perpendicular to the axis of the screw shaft as a center and movable to a first axial direction, and a third member 91 provided to be rotationally movable with respect to the second member with a second axis (Y-Y') perpendicular to each of the axis of the screw shaft and the first axis as a center and movable to a second axial direction and joined to the measurement carriage via the connection member.
