Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ablator structure reducing wear and tear of a surface at high temperature heating time and requiring no adhesive. SOLUTION: This ablator 10 is used in a high temperature heating part of a space shuttle. The ablator 10 is formed by impregnating resin 14 by the prescribed impregnation thickness in high density into the surface 13a side of a base material 13. The base material 13 is a ceramic tile being a heat insulating material of a fuselage. The surface 13a side of the base material 13 is soaked in solution 16 by diluting the resin 14 by a solvent 15, and is placed in a vacuum environment so that the resin 14 is impregnated by the prescribed impregnation thickness in high density. The resin 14 is impregnated in high density to reduce the wear and tear of the surface at replunging time. Since there is no need to adhere the surface side 13a and the reverse side 13b by the adhesive, a stable heat exhaust function can be held on an orbit. |
