Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a plurality of fine particles including fine particles having a lower refractive index than that of the surrounding medium or fine particles which reflect light can be moved and arranged at a time. SOLUTION: Numerous scattered fine particles are irradiated with two beams which generate radiation pressure by simultaneous scanning to form a cavity of the beams. A plurality of fine particles present between the two beams are trapped in the cavity at a time by the radiation pressure of the beams and are arranged in specified positions.
