PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up rolling roll capable of reducing thermal crown. SOLUTION: In the built-up rolling roll which is composed by fitting a barrel- part sleeve on the outer periphery of a shaft part, in the fitting region in the position where a material to be rolled passes through on the surface of the barrel-part sleeve, the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part is directly brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface, In the fitting regions in the vicinities in barrel end parts in positions where the material to be rolled does not pass through on the surface of the barrel-part sleeve, the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part is adiabatically brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the barrel-part sleeve.
