Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve plate thickness accuracy and a yield for products by precisely and easily projecting a rolling load of Si additive steel and elevating setup accuracy of a roll gap in hot continuous rolling. SOLUTION: A rolling load projecting value is calculated, based on average deforming resistance Kfmi and a target value of plate thickness, by estimating temperature of materials at each stand of a hot continuous roller and calculating the average deforming resistance Kfmi from the value estimating temperature of materials. In this setup method for determining the position of the roll gap based on the rolling load projecting value and mill rigidity, the rolling load is calculated by using such coefficients as a special parameter (coefficient of dislocation density) α1, α2, α3 depending on Si content which is set up in a calculating formura of a dislocation density p to obtain the average deforming resistance Kfmi and a coefficient of friction which is set up as Si special at each stand included in a function of draft force when the rolling load is calculated, with respect to Si additive steel including Si of 0.5% or more.
