COLD INSULATION CHAMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time as far as possible required for a cool-storage operation of a cool-storage apparatus. SOLUTION: The cold insulation chamber is provided with a cold insulation chamber main body 1, a cold-storage apparatus 14 for cold insulating a cold insulation section 5, and a refrigerating apparatus for cool-freezing the cold- storage apparatus 14. In the cold insulation chamber, the apparatus 14 is provided in the upper part of the section 5, a partition member 36 for blocking the falling of cold air to the section 5 is provided under the refrigerant inlet part (e.g. a distributor) 33 into the apparatus 14 and a refrigerant outlet part (e.g. a header) 34 from the apparatus 14. The partition member 36 blocks the descent of the cold air from the inlet part 33 and the outlet part 34 into the cold insulation chamber 5 to delay the temperature drop in the section 5.
