Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely remove low-fluidity floating scum, floatation-separated on a liquid level by a pressure flotation method, to the outside of the system at a high concentration and at a low cost, by suppressing the installation of mechanical equipment to simplify a floatation device, and saving resources, energy, and labor. SOLUTION: Suspended substances in a suspension liquid is floatation-separated and removed onto the surface of a liquid by fine air bubbles. On the surface of the liquid, where a suspended floating separation matter layer of a prescribed thickness is formed, an accelerating weir, which is disposed over the whole lateral width of the surface of the liquid, and of which the upper part is flat over the whole of width, is composed of a straight inclined plane part A descending from the overflow part to the inlet part of the liquid fluid, a curved inclined plane part B, and a horizontal plane part C so that, when the overflowing fluid flows into the surface of the liquid, the liquid fluid is accelerated in the horizontal direction to push the peripheral surface part of the floating separation matter layer facing to the accelerating weir. The curved inclined plane part B comes into contact with the straight inclined plane part A and the horizontal plane part C, and these parts are formed so as to satisfy prescribed conditions, so that the temporary inflow of the liquid fluid through the accelerating weir pushes and removes the floating separation matter. |
