Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enclose both the ends or one end of openings of pipe material used in a steel structure installed outdoors thereby protecting the inside, lengthening the life of the relevant structure and making the installation work easier. SOLUTION: An upper fittings brought into contact with an opening of a pipe material and a lower fittings having a shape slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe material inserted to the inner portion of the pipe material are connected with a long-footed bolt, a sealing material is placed between both the fittings, the lower fittings is pulled to the upper fittings by rotating the relevant bolt, at this time, the sealing material is compressed and the opening is completely sealed.
