Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing and cleaning agent and a processing method for the wet cleaning of a textile product which can keep the slippage of an iron or the like well in finishing while retaining the stiffness of a suit without impairing form-retaining properties in wet cleaning for commercial use, especially in washing a water treatment-type washable suit or the like with water. SOLUTION: This processing agent for the wet cleaning of a textile product features comprising (A) an epoxy-modified silicone and (B) an imidazoline-type cationic surfactant. This cleaning agent for the wet cleaning features containing 0.5-30 mass % of the processing agent comprising (A) an epoxy-modified silicone and (B) an imidazoline-type cationic surfactant. This processing method for the wet cleaning of a textile product features adding 0.05-3.0 mass % of the processing agent comprising (A) an epoxy-modified silicone and (B) an imidazoline-type cationic surfactant to an object to be processed and washed in wet cleaning or in rinsing in order to process the object.
