PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BGA-type TAB tape and a BGA-type semiconductor device which show superior characteristics in a PCT test. SOLUTION: A space B between feed leads 17 in the circumferential edge part of a composite film 1 of a wiring layer 3 is set to 0.20 mm or more.
