Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin pump gate capable of thinning and keeping good balance of weight. SOLUTION: A drainage pump V is incorporated into a frame body of a gate for opening and closing a channel, the pump V is connected to a driver 23 through a power transfer mechanism (decelerator) 21, and water in one side of the closed channel is discharged by driving the pump V with the driver 23 in a state to close the channel. The pump V is so set that a rotary shaft 20 thereof is approximately parallel with the flow of the channel. The power transfer mechanism 21 is so constituted that the power is transferred within an approximately vertical plane to the flow of the channel. The driver 23 is installed at a position between a skin plate 351 of the gate and power transfer mechanism 21.
