Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating device for a bathroom to bring the floor of a bathroom into a barrier-free state at a low cost, be excellent in electrical safety, prevent the occurrence of a failure in operation, facilitate cleaning of a bath room, and effectively prevent the generation of a smell, and further facilitate the execution of a work at a site during installation. SOLUTION: This heating device is a floor heating device for a bathroom placed on the floor of a bathroom to heat the bathroom. This floor heating device comprises a heat generation panel 1 for heating a floor with a built-in film-form heat generation layer; a support member 2 provided with a height regulating means for placing the heat generation panel 1 for heating a floor on the floor of the bath room, and drain tanks 3-6 situated adjacently to the heat generation panel 1 for heating a floor. The drain tanks 3-6 are provided with a smell preventing structure.
