PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion and pulling out of a connection pin for connecting the vertical plate of a rotary frame to a working device. SOLUTION: An equipment cover 26 arranged on the right front side of a rotary frame is divided into a body cover 33 for covering a control valve 25, extending from the front surface to the upper surface and also covering the outer side surface thereof and an attachable and detachable cover 48 provided attachably and detachably on the inserting directional extension line of a connection pin 23 so as to be located on the rear side of the body cover 33. According to this, when the connection pin 23 is inserted or pulled out, the inserting and pulling-out work of the connection pin 23 can be easily performed only by removing the attachable and detachable cover 48 of the equipment cover 26 without requiring the entire removal of the equipment cover 26.
