A light 5 is a device operated such that a current inputted from the secondary battery 2 is brought into an ON and OFF state by a second switch 6 to emit light. A body warmer 8 consists of a second electric heating body 9 brought into an ON and OFF state by a third switch 8 to effect heating, and a case 10 to incorporate a second electric heating body 9.
