description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid short circuit of a heating wire by connecting a bridge wire erected from an outer peripheral end of a heating wire to a first terminal pin, and connecting a bridge wire erected from an inner circumferential end to a second terminal pin. SOLUTION: A first terminal pin 13 is protruded on a saddle part 12, and a second terminal pin 15 is protruded on a boss 14a of a barrel part 14. A bridge wire 17 erected from an outer peripheral end of a heating wire 16 buried in a joining surface of a main pipe of the saddle part 12 is connected to the first terminal pin 13, and a bridge wire 18 erected from an inner circumferential surface of the heating wire 16 is connected to the second terminal pin 15. Even if an attaching position of the terminal pin 15 is not raised, an erecting angle of the bridge wire 17 erected from the inner circumferential end of the heating wire 16 buried in the joining surface of the main pipe can be increased. Even if the sag is generated on the bridge wire 17, the bridge wire 17 is prevented from being brought into contact with the heating wire 16 by flow of resin at the time of molding, and thereby, the short circuit is prevented.
