The inside of the rubber component 72 which retains the cable 48 is made of soft rubber 78 which is easily deformed when it is pressed against the cable 48. The outside of the rubber component 72 is made of hard rubber 80 which is more difficult to be deformed than the soft rubber 78. Outer fillets 84A and 84B which cover both the side edges of the cut-out 70 are formed on both the ends of the rubber component 72. The inner fillet 86 which covers the other end of the rubber component 72 is formed on the one end of the rubber component 72.
