description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolating member position adjusting method and device capable of correcting the hole dislocation of a fixing bolt of a base isolating member rapidly and economically by a simple method. SOLUTION: In this base isolating member position adjusting method in replacement work of a base isolating member interposed between a lower building skeleton 30 and an upper building skeleton 31, an upper end 11b of the base isolating member is first fixed to the upper building skeleton 31, and then a lower end 11a of the base isolating member is fixed to the lower building skeleton 30 after correcting its dislocation from the lower building skeleton 30. Accordingly, even if dislocation is generated between a bolt hole 13 of the base isolating member and a bolt hole 13a, hole dislocation correcting work needs to be done only between the lower end 11a of the base isolating member and the lower building skeleton 30 by fitting the upper end 11b of the base isolating member first to the upper building skeleton 31. Adjusting work can therefore be performed sufficiently even with small adjusting equipment and material besides improving workability, so that this method is applicable to work in a narrow place such as a base isolation pit. |
