PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily sendable data related to abnormally finished data transfer again by preserving the processing result of data transfer together with transfer history information. SOLUTION: A transfer history extracting means 7 extracts transfer history information from data received from an opposite side computer system 21 and data, for which a transmission request is received from the application program(AP) of a present side computer system 1, and a data transmitting/receiving means 8 transfers the data to the AP or opposite side computer system 21. When the transmission/reception (transfer) of data is completed, the processing result is preserved together with the extracted transfer history information. Thus, the history information of data exchanged with plural parties and the processing result are preserved on a service management ledger 13, the service management ledger 13 is retrieved on the basis of designated conditions and the request of retransmission to the party of non-reception, integration for each job (group) or condition acquisition of the designated opposite side computer system 21 can be efficiently performed.
