Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower cost, to prevent a mistake even by an unskilled worker and to facilitate determination by using a porous body allowing a specimen to migrate by a capillary phenomenon and directly printing determination line sorting indicators on the porous body. SOLUTION: A development film 3 is stuck to a supporting body 1, and on the development film 2, two kinds of determination lines 3, 4 are formed, and the sort of each determination lines 3, 4 is printed on each of them for indication. On the development film 2 upper face between the determination lines 3, 4 and a specimen dropping part 5, a tape 7 allowing no permeation of the specimen is layered. Consequently, the specimen does not flow on the surface of a printed part 8 but flows inside the development film 2. As the specimen flows the inside of the development film 2 because of the tape 7, flow of a large amount of the specimen in the printed part 8 can be prevented. In a porous body between the specimen dropping part 5 and the determination line 3, an antibody labeled with a marker or a labeled antigen is held, so that the specimen flowing inside the development film 2 is brought into reaction sufficiently with the labeled antibody/antigen and density of coloring is increased. |
