Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air floor heating device reducing installation cost since it is executed on the whole underfloor, and a low operation cost even when all rooms are continuously heated during a winter season, capable of using only a midnight power a cost of which is low, and furthermore, having excellent durability. SOLUTION: A heat insulation layer 2 is formed on a concrete floor foundation 1, floor joists 8 on which a floor plate 12 on support stands 5 is mounted and which are arranged at intervals of a given distance on the layer are situated. A hot air passage 11A is formed between the floor joists 8 and the heat insulation layer 2. A wire netting 10 is stretched over the bottom parts of the floor joists 8. A space between the wire netting 10 and the floor plate 12 is filled with a block-form heat storage substance 3 and a heat generating heater 13 is mounted in the hot air passage 11A and hot air generated from this is circulated through the hot air passage 11A.
