A pressure gauge 20 is arranged and the change with the elapse of time of the pressure holding ratio of a hollow fiber membrane is calculated on the basis of the pressure feed of air from a compressor 19, pressure holding control by valves AV-1, AV-2, AV-3, AV-4 and a constant pressure injection time obtained from the relation between the pressure injection time and pressure change ratio to the hollow fiber membrane and the damage of the hollow fiber membrane is detected by the operation from the comparison value with a normal pressure holding ratio to give warning and display.
