On the first electrode 1A side of the power source module 1, the end of the power supply module 1 is housed in a flange 2A and the base plate 3A of the nut material 3 is coupled to a bottom plate 2B. On the second electrode 1B side, the base plate 3A of the nut material 3 is housed in the flange 2A and the bottom plate 2B is coupled to a second electrode 1B.
