description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve sufficient temperature reduction at a medium height even when a small cooling air pipe is designed under structurally regulated conditions by connecting a throttling element to a cooling air valve and continuously moving the throttling element between the both end points by turning the cooling air valve. SOLUTION: In an air guiding box 10, an air distributor 12 is formed immediately behind a heat exchanger 11, and a cooling air bypass 17 having a cooling air valve 19 inside is formed above the heat exchanger 11. When the cooling air valve 19 is fully opened, a throttling element 20 connected to the cooling air valve 19 by a connecting rod 21 covers a predetermined part of a warm air outlet 14 to sufficiently reduce the temperature. Also, when the cooling air valve 19 is closed to shut off the cooling air bypass 17 completely, the throttling element 20 fully opens the warm air outlet 14. Furthermore, when the cooling air valve 19 is located in the middle, the throttling element 20 covers a part of the warm air outlet 14.
