ASSORTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set contents, a tray and a packaging member apart from one another without transforming the contents into a paste-like form, and to make the assorted contents adapatable for putting into a recycling system such as a garbage disposing device by a method wherein a separating part which encloses a matter to be disposed whereat the packaging member is cut and is equipped with an impact-giving means or a vibration-giving means is provided. SOLUTION: In a separating mechanism part 1C, a packed article 2 for which a packaging member is cut with a cutter 4 is moved over an arrangement table 6 and is swayed rightward by a claw of a rake-up arm 17 provided at a separating arm 12, and the packed article 2 is further moved onto a bottom plate 18 of the separating arm 12. Then, the separating arm 12 is turned rightward round a pivot 16. At this time, the separating arm 12 is brought into contact with an impact bar 13a, and contents of the packed article 2 are dropped by a centrifugal force and an impact force through the cut part of the packaging member into a food receiving container 14. Then, the change of weight is detected at the food receiving container 14, and the bottom plate 18 is opened after the separating arm 12 is moved back. The packaging member of the packed article 2 is dropped into a tray receiver 15.
