Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, semi-automatically, and accurately measure Al content from aluminum dross by arranging primary and secondary electromagnetic coils at the outer periphery of a nonconductive container accommodating aluminum dross and measuring a secondary voltage that is generated according to the applied primary voltage. SOLUTION: Primary and secondary electromagnetic coils L1 and L2 are arranged at the upper and lower portions of the outer periphery of a pipe made of acryl resin (a sample container) accommodating aluminum dross, and a capacitor C is connected in parallel with the primary electromagnetic coil L, thus increasing a voltage change related to the primary electromagnetic coil L. Also, a voltmeter V is connected to the secondary electromagnetic coil L2. Then, a primary voltage is applied to a primary electromagnetic coil L with a specific frequency from a signal source, and a secondary voltage that is generated in the secondary electromagnetic coil L2 corresponding to the primary voltage is measured. In this case, the signal frequency changes according to the signal frequency, metal Al content in the sample, and a grain size. Therefore, by fitting each measured value to an approximation expression, the metal Al content in the aluminum dross can be easily and quickly measured by anyone based on the voltage change.
