SOLUTION: A kneaded material 16 kneading a powder-like magnetic material such as cement, water, an aggregate and ferrite is placed on forms 14, 14 set on a vibrating table 15, and a press plate 13 and an electromagnet 12 are mounted on the kneaded material 16. The vibrating table 15 is operated to apply vibration so as to compact the kneaded material 16 while energization is performed on the electromagnet 12 to act magnetic force on the kneaded material 16. The powder-like magnetic body in the kneaded material 16 is attracted by the electromagnet 12, moves in the kneaded material 16, and a block in which a figure and a pattern in response to the shape of the electromagnet 12 are drawn by the magnetic body is manufactured. Thus, the block provided with magnetic information can be manufactured while suppressing a material cost and an execution cost.
