CORELESS MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a highly accurate coreless motor where the weight can be reduced by curtailing metallic parts, also the cost down can be achieved by lessening the number of parts and omitting the manhour in setup and its time, and also the accuracy in setup can be raised. SOLUTION: This coreless motor is equipped with a cylindrical housing 1 which is provided with a through hole 1c in its center position and whose one side is blocked. One bearing 3a, which supports a rotary shaft 2, of a resin mold body 3 being fixed and molded through the through hole 1c of its housing 1 and a bearing housing 3b fitted and arranged on the axis of the rotary shaft 2 are molded continuously integrally, and on the basis of this resin mold 3 a rotor and a stator are set up severally.
