A strip provided projectingly at the end face of the adapter 6 is engaged with an entraining groove of the implant 1 for nonrotatable fitting and connection. A sterile implant 1 before embedded, is grasped by a ratchet insert 23 and an internal pipe 16 is pulled out. The ratchet insert 23 having a contour 24 engaging with a ratchet key is connected to the adapter 6 in a fashion of fitting and interlocking. Thus the dental implant can be handled sterilely easily and reliably.
