PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable operation with high degree of freedom without interference by each degree of freedom and to obtain good operability and responsiveness. SOLUTION: The controls are provided with members 4, 5a each one end of which is journaled turnably in two directions with respect to a supporting member 1 and arragned so as to be approximately parallel with each other in a certain plane, a member 3 one end of which is journaled turnably in one direction with respect to the supporting member 1, a member 6 journaled on the other side of the member 3 turnably in two directions and arranged so as to be approximately in parallel with the member 5a in a plane perpendicular to the certain plane, a member 5b one end of which is turnably journaled around an axis core, a member 7 journaled on the other side of the members 4, 5b, 6 to be freely rotated in two directions and sensors 9a, 9b, 9c to detect rotational quantity at one end of the members 3, 4, 5a when a grip 8 fixed to the member 7 is operated, respectively.
