Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy for heating fly ash by using the heat of combustion of unburnt carbon components and to detoxify dioxins surely by preventing the re-synthesis of dioxins by circulating a specified amount of air in a heating apparatus and heating molten fly ash or combustion fly ash at a specified temperature or above. SOLUTION: Fly ash 4 is supplied to the inlet 1a of a heating apparatus 1 by a conveyer 2 and heated at a prescribed temperature by an electric heater 3 arranged on the outside of the apparatus 1. Air for ventilation is supplied from an air introduction port 6 to the outlet 1b of the apparatus 1 and discharged from an air discharge opening 7 formed in the inlet 1a. The air is controlled at a prescribed amount by a flow rate control valve 8 or a suction fan 9. Air in a larger amount selected from the amounts to be 1.2 times as large as a theoretical combustion amount and to be 0.06 m/sec in actual passage speed is circulated in the apparatus 1 to burn unburnt carbon components surely. The fly ash 4 is heated at 580 deg.C or above to decompose dioxins surely. |
