Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device capable of reducing a maximum width during parking. SOLUTION: A handle device is provided with a middle handle member 6 attached to a front fork supported in the front end part of a frame 1 so as to be direction-changed left and right for supporting a front wheel 2, left and right tip handle members 7 with the base ends thereof fitted to the middle handle member 6, a circumferential displacement regulating mechanism 8 capable of regulating the relative circumferential displacement of the tip handle members 7 fitted to the middle handle member 6, and a handle receiving member 9 attached to the middle handle member 6 to support the tip handle members 7 with the tip parts thereof set upward. The tip handle member 7 released from its fitting to the middle handle member 6 is supported by the handle receiving member 9, and the full width of a handle bar 5 during parking is reduced.
