SOLUTION: A pump 1, a flow regulation valve 2, a solenoid valve 3 and a return nozzle 4 are integrated into an annular combined mechanism and fuel oil in a fuel oil tank is introduced through piping and the solenoid valve 3 to the channel 22 of a combined body 20. It is then fed through a joint combined body 34 to the return nozzle 4 by means of the solenoid pump 1 and ejected into a furnace 10 and burnt. The fuel oil returning from the return nozzle 4 is introduced from a return channel 33 through a check valve 30 and a filter 29 to the flow regulation valve 2. The flow regulation valve 2 is arranged to regulate the magnetic air gap between a magnetic head 27 and an electromagnetic movable piece 11 by interposing a valve rod 38 for holding a regulation valve disc 12 at a flange part between the flow regulation valve and the electromagnetic movable piece 11.
