Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a set state of a function by setting a function of a recording apparatus main body to a function-setting part, and guiding light from a light source to a state display part in association with a setting operation of the function-setting part. SOLUTION: A function of a recording apparatus main body is set to a switching lever 28 as a function-setting part. When the switching lever 28 is present at a thick paper position, a projection opening 92a of a light guide 92 and an introduction opening 281a of a light guide 281 are faced opposite to each other, whereby light from a power LED 91 is transmitted to the light guide 281 via the light guide 92. The light introduced to the light guide 92 is further guided to a light-emitting display part 282 as a state display part for the switching lever 28 to let the light-emitting display part 282 emit light. A state of the switching lever 28 can be easily confirmed accordingly.
