Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and quickly separate, coagulate and incise a living body tissue by providing an outer cylinder having a tip hook part and an inner cylinder having a laser beam irradiating tip part on the tip, imparting a separating function of the living body tissue to the hook part, and slidingly arranging the inner cylinder to the outer cylinder. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 2 is integrally fixed to an operation part main body 1, and a hook part 3 is arranged in an end part by extending a part of this outer cylinder 2. The hook part 3 has a metallic hook 4 sharply formed so as to separate a living body tissue. An inner cylinder 6 is slidably arranged in such an outer cylinder 2, an irradiating tip part 5 is arranged in and fixed to a tip part of the inner cylinder 6, and the tip of an optical fiber 7 is faced to this. The inner cylinder 6 is connected to an operation pole 8 to slide in the outer cylinder 2 via the operation pole 8 by sliding an operation part 9 to the operation part main body 1, and an irradiating tip of the irradiating tip part 5 is separated from the hook 4 of a hook part 3 to thereby sandwich and incise the living body tissue such as the abdominal cavity. |
