The first hook-and-loop fastener member 5 and the second hook-and-loop fastener member 6 have connecting elements 9 and 12 protrusively provided at minute intervals on the mutually opposed fastener surfaces 5b, 6b, and each connecting element 9, 12 is elastically deformable by the material characteristic, and slight mechanical rigidity is imparted thereto.
