Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon circulation type hydrogen-producing apparatus for inexpensively producing hydrogen under reduced load of environment by using plants, utilizing the produced carbon dioxide and a liquid component and a solid component in order to grow plants and further utilizing the grown plants in order to reproduce hydrogen due to hydrogen fermentation. SOLUTION: This carbon circulation type hydrogen-producing apparatus using plants comprises a hydrogen fermentation reactor having volume capable of housing a collected plant and provided with' an output port of generated gas and an output port of a liquid component and/or solid component, a separator for separating the produced gas into hydrogen and carbon dioxide, a carrying device for carrying the separated carbon dioxide and the liquid component and/or the solid component into a growing region of plants and a charge inlet for recharging plants grown in growing region of plants and/or the other plants into the hydrogen fermentation reactor.
