Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a front side cell cover to be weak to a central concentrated load and to be easily broken in diagonal direction by functions of a reinforcing material oriented in a predetermined direction and a nick while incorporating pressure resistance to inner pressure and outer pressure and repeated operations of these by functioning the material as a strength member of the entirety of the cover. SOLUTION: The front side cell cover 3 comprises a fiber-reinforced plastic plate for setting an orientation of a reinforcing material 31 substantially parallel to diagonals of an opening 1a. A part of the material 31 is constituted of a cloth 30 having nicks 32 substantially coincident with the diagonals of the opening 1a at least at a center.
