The ring projection 6 projects to the body 1, and it is installed and connected in the hole 4 under the friction engaging condition, and in such an installing and connecting condition, the second installing hole 5 can be applied to fix and set to a grinder. The reinforcement pad 2 can be removed from the body 1 by releasing the friction engagement, and in the condition removing the reinforcement pad, 2 the hole 4 is made in the structure to apply to fix and set to the grinder. |
