REMOTE ANALYSIS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote analysis device for displaying an image that is obtained by a surface analysis device at a remote location, performing analysis operation at the remote location while referring to the display image, especially displaying an animation. SOLUTION: A remote analysis device is provided with a surface analysis device 1, a remote operation device 2 that is arranged at the remote location of the surface analysis device 1 and a transmission line 3 for transmitting data between the surface analysis device 1 and the remote operation device 2. The surface analysis device 1 compresses image data based on measurement into an animation and transmits compression data due to the compression of the animation, while the remote operation device 2 performs the animation depression of the compression data being transmitted for display and transmits and displays the image data, thus performing the reference and analysis operation of the display image at the remote position and performing the animation display of the image by compressing and depression the animation using the remote analysis device.
