SOLUTION: When a conductive tape 20 is electrically connected to a second conductive film 17 in a functional film 11 installed on the outer face of a display panel 1 in a cathode-ray tube and the second conductive film 17 is earthed, the conductive tape 20 is formed by an insulating tape base 21, an insulating pressure sensitive adhesive layer 22 coated on one face of the insulating tape base 21, and a conductive rubber layer 23 laminated more narrowly than the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 22 on the upper face of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 22, and connected to an insulating film 18 of the functional film 11 and a reinforcing band 4 before the conductive rubber layer 23 is hardened.
