Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound capable of preparing a new antibody (fragment) to be reacted with imidacloprid, useful for immunological measurement,etc., by making the compound include a specific chemical structure. SOLUTION: This compound has a structure of formula I (A is S, O, CH2 or NH; n is 1-10) such as 3-[5-(2-nitroiminoimidazolidin-1-ylmethyl)-2- pyridylthio]propionic acid. A combination of the compound and a polymer compound or a labeled substance is prepared or the compound is bonded to a polymer compound to prepare an antigen. Preferably, the antigen is used to produce an antibody (fragment) showing reactivity with a compound having a structure of formula II (L1 is Cl, Br or I). Preferably, the antibody (fragment) is produced from a hybridoma deposited as FERM P-17,094.
