The storing shelf 6 is also used as a bracket for a handrail 4, whereby both the storing apparatus main body 3 and the handrail 4 can be simply fitted to the wall surface 2 by fixing the storing shelf 6 to the wall surface 2, and as the handrail 4 and the storing apparatus main body 3 are integrated with each other, space- saving can be achieved.
