Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode-ray tube in which disturbance of an image can rapidly disappear even if vibration is applied to the cathode-ray tube from the outside. SOLUTION: A cathode-ray tube comprises: a panel 1 having panel pins 11 fixed at a plurality of points at an inside surface; a funnel having an electron gun mounted inside thereof; a color selecting electrode mechanism 4 for selecting a color in such a manner that an electron beam irradiate only a phosphor of a predetermined color; a plurality of mask springs 7, which, are made of an elastic material and fixed at the plurality of points of the color selecting electrode mechanism 4 with free ends remaining, for fitting the respective free ends to the panel pins 11 so as to support the color selecting electrode mechanism 4 at a position opposite to a phosphor film; a substantially columnar vibration damping pin 13 having a flat tip end, fixed to the inside surface of the panel 1; and a vibration damping spring 72 which is made of an elastic material, fixed to the color selecting electrode mechanism 4 with free end having a flat portion remaining, wherein the flat portion is brought into contact with the tip end of the vibration damping pin 13 in such a manner that pressing force exerts. |
