In this case, an oleophilic rubber with a dissolution parameter of 7.7-8.7 is compounded with the foam layer 2 and the surface layer 1 and the compounding ratio thereof is represented by formula: AF/AT>=0.3 (wherein AF is the wt.% of the oleophilic rubber in the foam layer and AT is the wt.% of the oleophilic rubber in the surface layer).
