METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUPPRESSING SAPROPHYTES PROPAGATION IN LIQUID STORING TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress saprophytes propagation in a tank for storing a liquid material or the like such as shampoo, rinse and aromatic articles, to reduce arrangement expenditure and a running cost with a simple and easy usage method without deteriorating the quality of the liquid material or the like and to efficiently and surely suppress saprophytes propagation in the storing tank. SOLUTION: In the storing tank 20 for storing a liquid 10 such as the liquid material, a liquid intermediate product and a liquid product, power is supplied to a temp. raising device 30 under the control of a control means 40 by a heater wiring 43 in order to keep temp. by which the condensation of a volatile component in the contents liquid 10 is prevented on a tank inner wall surface 21 which is not brought into contact with the contents liquid 10a in the upper part of the storing tank 20. The temp. T2 of the inner wall surface 21 is favorably kept to be 1-10 deg.C being higher than the temp. T1 of the liquid 10 to be the contents liquid, more favorably to be 2 deg.C higher than the temp. T1 so that moisture on the inner wall surface 21 is prevented from being condensed and saprophytes propagation is prevented.
