Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and reduce more effectively poisonous substances contained in the waste gas of waste incineration. SOLUTION: A part of the waste gas of waste incineration is sent into a combustion device 9 together with fresh air 15 whereby the instantaneous reduction of oxygen concentration can be restrained even when the constituents of waste gas of waste incineration, which is discharged out of a waste incinerating facility, is fluctuated and combustion through the combustion device 9 can be effected stably whereby the stability of combustion can accordingly be secured regardless of the fluctuation of constituents of the waste gas of waste incineration. Further, the other part of waste gas of the waste incineration, which is branched by a second branch pipe 8B, is sent into a mixing device 18 to mix high-temperature exhaust gas of the combustion device 9 and the waste gas of waste incineration in the mixing device 18 whereby the temperature of waste gas can be unified under the condition of a high temperature and, accordingly, poisonous substances, such as dioxins especially, can be decomposed and reduced efficiently while the faulty decomposition of the poisonous substances due to the lowering of temperature can be avoided. |
