The plate 15 is a disc shaped plate and formed with a plurality of through hole parts 15a of through holes for passing part of the chilled water. The plate 15 is fixed to a front surface of the coil 12 through a fixing member 17. The tube 13 has a circular channel section perpendicular to its axis 16. |
